Cooking and pastries, sweet and sour delicacies, salads and canapés - these are my passion!
I love cooking and wish to share with every one else all of the delicious stuff created by me, originally from my imagination. I am a professional chef and am currently working in that very area.
Through a slide-show of my dishes, I hope to draw other professionals' attention, as well as prospective employers or business partnerships and sponsors. It is my intention to be able to increasingly mature and master both my cooking and presentation skills. A Course on Vegetables and Fruits Decoration will be taken up soon.
This post is also meant to reach as many people as possible, in order to make this blogging experience a pleasure for every one.
